It consists of a big bikini with a white headlight with features of LED projectors that are given and it has a very unique appearance. There are some with even compare its look to the Ducati Streetfighter V4, which is possibly influenced by the Hero’s recent collaboration with Zero Motorcycle.

In the bike, you will notice a large tank extension that appears imposing. With certain angles especially when you are on the bike it might look awkward with respect to the width and low position. Although it adds weight to the Xtreme 125R, there are opinions on them which are divided.

In the middle of the bike, there is a stylish two-tone Central panel that enhances its sporty vibe. The detail is clean and tidy which features are rear tyre hugger. The design is 40 but it is definitely unconventional. It seems to have lived up to the claim of it comes to design.

Engine and Performance

It is a bike that is powered by a completely new engine and it likely originated from the motor that is used in the Glamour or Super Splendor. Hero insists that they have been working on various parts which makes it essential to a new engine. It is a 125CC single-cylinder air-cooled engine which delivers 11.55 PS of peak power and 10.5Nm of peak torque. These are the numbers that may not see me but they at near the top in the 125 cc category just slightly behind the Pulsar NS 125.

According to the Hero, it is a bike that can accelerate from 0 to 60kmph in only 5.9 seconds and can reach a top speed of 95kmph. Its claims seem credible which is based on the bike performance on Hero’s test track where it has been observed that around 98kmph on the speedometer is there. These figures are very commendable for this class of bike.

Handling

According to the company, there are several features on this bike which are in the first category. One of its most notable features is the 37mm telescopic fork which makes it the thickest among 125 cc bikes. It is as large as the fork on the Xtreme 160R. The bike also gets a 7-step preload adjustable mono-shock at the back.

It has been created without standing changes in the past few years. The combination of this chassis, new suspension, and 17-inch wheels provides the bike accelerate handling characteristics. With having 136 kg weight it feels lighter and during turns on the CIT handling track, it has been proven to be quite nimble.

There is a front end felt a bit in the first few laps. Once you have trusted the front and have submitted to the corners, this bike becomes stable and instant confidence through turns. The confidence also be attributed to the MRF Zapper tyres, which are larger than most 125 CC bikes in the market.

Comfort

This bike has a pretty low 794 mm seat height which makes it very easy for even shorter riders to place their feet on the ground comfortably. The seat of this bike is wide which allows easy movement even though dollar than 6 feet. The slightly rear-set footpegs and the tall handlebar result in an upright sitting position which is a nice balance between a sporty and commuter stance. It is the setup that is ideal for city ride vocational Highway journeys and can bring some fun on the weekend adventure.
